Was picking up a togo order had to use the womens bathroom knocked twice answer only on second round. The manager was on a... "business call" made me wait to use the bathroom while she talked on her cellphone. If it was a business call it should havebeen done outside or in a business area without the use of the bathroom....really. I actually feel bad for the manager becausethe company is obviously too cheap to provide their managers with proper offices. Very disappointed with this restaurant, even though I really wanted it to be good. I ordered two items; the southwest bowl and... one of the salads. I was only given the southwest bowl and so I ended up paying for 2 items when I received only 1. The item Ireceived (the southwest bowl) was pretty awful; definitely not up to the standards of other healthy restaurants. Read more
This place is amazing with great customer service. I am so mad at myself for taking this long to try it. My husband and I first... tried the drive thru last week and he had the breakfast club and I had the croissant sandwich. They were both delicious. Thismorning I decided to order a GrubHub delivery and ordered the croissant sandwich (again) and the d'breakfast buzz. The croissantsandwich has so many flavors and the pesto is definitely the star of the sandwich. My bacon was well cooked and added a nicesaltiness to the sandwich. The breakfast buzz is a perfect balance of espresso and chocolate protein. It hint of banana andpeanut butter that makes it extra delicious with a kick. My only complaint is that the hours are pretty short. I start my workshift at 630am and wish they opened a little early so that I could buy the breakfast buzz before work. Keep us the great work!!
