Ordered 2 sandwiches from the store today.Got in the store after I got the message that my order is ready.The person attending... the food item in the kitchen wearing no mask or hair net.Not a problem!! I was told by him that the order is still in the ovenand that the trackers are not accurate.Again Not a problem!! After about 6 minutes since the tracker said my food is ready, Isaw the person taking out my sandwiches and cutting them.He is wearing no gloves and touching the sandwich, cutting andtransferring from trey to box,picking up with bare hand.And all this while talking to another employee right over my food withno mask.I still ignored it.But then he scratches his groin area and continued to cut the 2nd sandwich.He brought the sandwichesto me.I asked him,Aren't you suppose to wear gloves?His response we don't have gloves in our store and that we wash our handsbefore touching food.Man,I just saw you scratching yourself and handling my food without washing hand.He said he is sorry andoffered to make another one.But I had lost all interest by this time and asked him to cancel the order and refund.The best partis when I asked for the manager.He said he is the manager.Well if that's how the manager is I can't really expect much fromothers. The pizza is good. Less so is the atmosphere. I work in fast food, I understand. Customers are frustrating. However,... communication is key. The interaction I had here last night was brief, but memorable enough that I won?t be coming again. Afterwaiting, I stated the name on my order. I was told it was handed out. To who? Another customer? I was told that she haddelivered it herself. That phrasing confused me, and I asked if it had been stolen, then, since it had been delivered and Ididn?t have the order. After some more verbal flailing, she walked over to the front and pointed at the order sitting on thelittle desk table they have there. It was the order, so I assume in retrospect she meant it was delivered there the whole time,and not to a car or anything. Which is fine, misunderstandings happen, but the entire time she was looking at me with thisexpression of disgust, like I was something she?d found on the bottom of her shoe and she was becoming more and more revolted bythe moment. It was not pleasant a pleasant experience. If anyone from corporate sees this, please do not take this as me wantingsome random employee fired for offending me. Maybe hire a new shift lead though? Increase pay, perhaps, I?m sure they?ll behappier to work there with a higher wage. I don?t know. It?s likely an issue with management in any case. Read more

Worst Domino's known to man... they let their phone ring the whole entire time and never answer it. I usually hang up and get... puzza elsewhere. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's happened every time I've ever tried to order there. Finally Ileft the phone ringing waiting for a answer put it on speaker ordered my pizza online waited 10 minites then drove down to thestore and asked them if they pick up their phone ever. I got a sir the phone just started ringing we are busy after a driver inthe parking lot says it's a automated thing. Lie #1 then she says see it doesn't go through, as she a swerved the phone and itcome out of my phone while on speaker phone. Them the guys yelling at me every person here is a manager, we are busy andunderstaffed. Never tries to even say sorry or give a discount or a free soda anything like that. Just lies to your face andyells at you. If I was the owner I'd fire every person on the spot and close down for a week and get all new staff. I will begoing to corporate with this one. Read more

This store is the absolute worst. Each order is a gamble on whether they will deliver the whole order or cancel it an hour later... without cause or apology provided. The staff is rude and has clearly forgotten that customer service is part of their job,particularly when the store is at fault. We all have our days but the customer cannot be expected to coddle your employees whenthey cancel an order after an hour of waiting and then ask "do you want to wait another hour plus or not?" Side note, cancelingcustomer orders because you don't want your store to show a delay is service is unacceptable. Read more

Have been ordering at this location for several years now with no issues. Orederd 2 weeks ago for delivery and was shorted 2... specialty chickens. Tried to call for a refund or credit and sat on hold for 2 hours with no answer. Decided I would let thatone go. Ordered again tonigh, order tracker has said in quality check for 45 minutes. Seriously! Yet again not answering thephone! This will be the last time we order from Domino's ever. Lost a frequent repeat customer over answering a phone. Trulysad.... Read more
