This is my go to Dutch not only because it's close to my house but because the staff are sweet, they remember me, and I've never... had a drink made incorrectly or gotten something I didn't like! Worker came across very rude. Was with a friend at walk up window that?s never had Dutch so we were looking at the menu from a... distance (nobody else was in line) and she very rudely said ?are you guys going to order something today???? Out of nowhere asif she?d been waiting on us for 10 min. She never even greeted us (even tho she just got to the window), never asked if weneeded a minute, or asked if we needed recommendations. Luckily the drinks were good but that was the rudest Dutch employee I?veencountered when greeting someone. They?re usually very bubbly employees and greet you nicely. Read more

@SAM - Big Smile, Fun to talk to and great at recommending drinks. She was hustling and bustling in the line, yet still gave us... enough time to talk drinks. Dutch Bros Coffee Shop has the best coffee and their customer service makes it even more fun! Aperfect place to go if you are looking for an exciting coffee shop with great customer service.
