Staff was extremely rude. Placed my order with a lady at the drive thru box, then waited at the window for 5 minutes only to... have a male employee open the window and bark at me "What do you want?". I told him that I wanted the food I had ordered. Hethen told me that I had not ordered any food and that he didn't know what I was talking about. I just drove off and went toTaco Bell instead. I'll never eat at Filiberto's again. Federico's, that is about 3 minutes down the road, has superior foodand service anyhow. Read more
Today in the morning I went to buy something that I always order 3 times a week when I go to Filibertos, I am a frequent... customer and my order was given to me semi-raw tacos, without guacamole and old wet lettuce, I came back wait for them to serveme and the guacamole was old too and they gave me the same tacos only they browned them more and the black wet lettuce, Call tospeak with the manager or a supervisor and there is no one in charge in that store, they always take a long time to attend andthe customer service is lousy, I like the food at Filibertos but I will not go again and I will tell my friends at work not toeither, the quality of the lousy food, the lousy service, and without a manager in a restaurant with whom to complain is not agood place to eat. Beware the chicken...smelled/tasted off, but my kid and I scarfed it up anyway last nite and are paying for it now in the... bathroom since 5am (other kid who did not eat there was fine)...called to talk to a manager and was told there is no manager.Too bad because now my kid doesn't want to go back even tho hubby and I had good food at a different location...
