I have been a member here for over a year and just renewed to get two services a month. I love it here. I love the personal... touch they bring, on top of the excellent service. I have been to many spas and rarely do I feel like the people there actuallylisten or care. At Nova, they do. I really felt honored, when they remembered my birthday. I decided to treat myself to a birthday facial and, as a first time client, I was blown away! Linda immediately greeted me upon... arrival and offered me some tea and water. She also executed my facial and tailored it to my skin while focusing on my areas ofconcern. Linda was so sweet and professional, and the facial was heaven! So relaxing and intricate, as she also did a hand scruband mini shoulder/neck massage. The products used are all organic and super concentrated (they use Ilike products), and they allsmell amazing! I left feeling completely rejuvenated and my skin glowed! I signed up for a membership and made an appointmentfor next month, because honestly, where has this place been all my life? :) Read more
