They have the worst parking ever. Second day we were there, a window over our bed fell on me. The lights going up the stairs... flash and makes it very dangerous. The girl at the front desk, Lindsey, was so rude. The lights along the path way flash. Becareful when your walking. If you want to stay at a condo with a golf course, we recommend that you do don't stay here. Thereare much better and much safer places in Scottsdale to stay. Such a big disappointment. Had a headache for 2 days from thewindow falling on me. They will be hearing from our attorney. Read more

Great fun! One of the more lush courses in the valley as to compared to desert courses. Right in town. Staff are very friendly... and inviting. Location close by to major shopping and eateries. Gas powered carts. Cart bucket did not have ice, one of thecourse bathrroms was out of order. Had to play faster to get to next restroom Read more

Great experience with the course and facilities. Very enjoyable round as the course challenges a variety of skill levels. A... round of golf at any course should be enjoyable regardless of the name and the cost of the green fees. This one should be onyour rotation. Read more

bare bones as Interval condos go. This one lacked personality on the inside. Pool area had lots for kids and teens, but the pool... itself was mostly 3-4 feet, with just one small section at 5 feet deep. Kitchen area was lacking many amenities compared to themyriad of other condos we've stayed in over the last 25 years. Golf course looked nice, but was lost on us this year due to asurgery earlier in the year. Several buildings don't have parking. Was a hike to get to the pool with one of us using a walker. We did not eat at the restaurant on property. We'll go back to the Sheraton Desert Oasis in Scottsdale or the Four Seasons inTroon. The older we get, the pickier we are with vacation property amenities. This was a like, but not a love. Read more

I have been playing Orange Tree Golf Course since it became a public/resort style golf course in 1978. Granted it has been a... couple of years since my last round because of how the course was maintained then but it has actually gotten worse. It has tobe the worst maintained golf course I have ever played. Even the municipal courses are in better shape. I understand golfrates come down in the summer and I understand the heat is a balance but for the product you are offering $59.00 is wayoverpriced. Fairways were uneven and dry. #2 has a water leak across the fairway thus stopping any run out of your drive. Traps are like playing off of a frying pan. The grounds themselves are unkept, untrimmed and unmanicured. No water in the ballwashers. I hope your are going to start issuing a hammer to all foursomes so you can get your tee in the ground. Not just acouple of holes but every tee box was as hard as a rock. If it is the ownership, put some money into it If it is themanagement company, fire the management company. Very sad. I get making money is making money. But, at the sacrifice of thecustomer not good. Isn't easier to get a return or loyal visitor versus trying to dig up a new customer EVERY DAY, day afterday after day. Talk about wasting money. Not great. Read more
