Ordered an iced Americano, saw batista pour some coffee from a pitcher into cup. I always order iced Americanos, have never once... seen anyone pour it from a pitcher. I asked him "is this iced coffee?", and he just lied to my face as if I didn't just see himdo it and said "no, it's an Americano". I am a merchandiser, I service this Frys weekly. I always buy a drink and a cheese danish from the Starbucks there. Both ladies... working morning shifts are horrible. My visit was 5/15/2021 around 12 pm I asked for a tea and was rushed by the cashier shekept waiving her hand for me to hurry and punch in my pin all while rolling her eyes. Poor customer service after. I asked for acheese danish second lady told me that they have no working ovens so if I want to buy anything I have to take as is ????. Noteven a sorry for the inconveniences nothing. Idk what kind of customer service they were given. It?s the worst Starbucks notmentioning it?s filthy. Read more
