Went to try Cholla but could not get in without a reservation. The menu for The Willows looked similar so we decided to try it.... Ordered crab cakes as an appetizer and they were brought out after the salad with our entrees. Salads were simple but OK. Crabcakes were decent. We should have stopped there. Saturday night prime rib tasted like leftovers from friday. Dry and basicallytasteless. Mac and cheese side tasted like someone forgot to add cheese to the bechamel sauce but the baked potato was good.Sausage and peppers pasta was watery and also basically tasteless. The sauce was definitely mismatched with the overcooked pennepasta. The sausage slices had some flavor but not enough to make up for the rest of the dish. Nothing to come back for. Read more
