A+ service and speed. They usually run out of bagels by lunchtime so that?s annoying. Decent sized parking lot.
The quality of this Dunk'n location has really fallen off lately. I'm a daily consistent customer and I have been having issues... with my orders on a regular basis. I can order a frozen drink and add whipped cream to the order but yet still not receive whatI asked for. But you charged me for it. My coffee taste burnt or has other flavors in it, totally not what I ordered. Theyworkers should be mindful of what they are making, so people have allergies and cannot have certain items. This is very unsafeand should be looked into. Hats off and a great THANK YOU to Shantel, she is by far one of the best workers and tries her bestto make sure things are corrected and has always been pleasant in keeping me happy. Read more
Their was . People inside maybe 3 cars in drive thru and the derogatory word of a employee says to the people in line, (nobody... was complaining about waiting either.) "You all can get an application and apply "then says to the 1st guy at counter"yourwaiting patiently, I'll take your order". Worst customer service I've ever seen. The poor girl she was working with was the onlyone actually working to deal with that ignorance I would of walked out on her. Read more
Dunkin cares. I had one very bad experience with a rude employee at the eynon Rte 6 location and I contacted corporate and they... made changes. I am very satisfied. they are very dog friendly now and give pup cups to dogs at the drive thru. I love thelocation in town because the girl is so good to my boxers and so friendly staff. the matcha lattes are sometimes barely Lukewarm though so I do wish that they could make them hot because they are so good and very addictive but I like my hot lattes hot.I have not revisited the eynon location since the rude service but corporate assured me that changes were made so next time I gothrough that area I will have to see if they retrained the rude staff. all in all I love Dunkin! the woman who handlescomplaints is excellent! she definitely makes the customer feel important and goes above and beyond to make things right.
