DO NOT GO HERE DURING A MORNING RUSH! I made the mistake on a day I didn't have much to do (thankfully). I walked in as the... drive through line was long. I ordered a SF French Vanilla Cappuccino. I waited nearly an hour (no exaggeration). In themeantime at least 3 people came back in to tell the staff they got the wrong order. There were also a ton of drinks sitting onthe counter unclaimed (because many were wrong, I even took pics, something I never do). After waiting an hour, I realized theynot only got my order wrong, and it was sitting on the counter, when they finally realized it, they TWICE gave me the wrongthing. The building is beautiful and the area spacious, however the woman who took our order made a very loud comment on how annoying... it is when customers come in through the ?wrong? entrance despite them both being appropriate entrances. I believe she noticed Iheard and gave no semblance of apology and instead made us our drinks quickly and left, giving us very poor customer service. Itfelt disrespectful. Read more
