Love this place. I used to frequent there and Jack's Draft House down the street, but moved out of the neighborhood. I went... today for this first time in years, and it was just as good or better. Great food and great service. Don't sleep on the desertsor the grananas (peanut butter and granola coated bananas). They are so good. The place is nicely set up, very inviting, andlots of natural lighting. There is also bar seating and couches available which is nice when eating alone. I highly recommend. Great place for a sip of coffee. I had the cappuccino with peanut butter syrup. I used to come here as a kid with my grandpa,... and coming here again as an adult brings back fond memories, I was glad I got to visit again. Read more
3-8-22 10AM It wasn't busy. Guy at bar says to sit anywhere and then I had to go back up to ask for a menu bc he forgot about... me. Same guy screwed up my order: ordered the El Greco and served the Popeye but I was hungry so I ate it. Then he disappearedso had to ask one of the girls for my check ????. Will skip my 'just OK' Cappuccino ($4.50) which was half the price of myomelette. ???? Atmosphere and Food was great with nice thick toast. P.S. Saw the guy right before I left. What's the deal withhim? Owner's relative would be my guess. Two stars off for him bc otherwise the owner/manager wouldn't pay attention. Receiptattached. Read more
