Pretty good ice cream and ice, but limited on flavors! Prices have also gone up so be aware and cash only
They have less parking than before, but a lot more room for people, this is absolutely better. They also have a single feeder... line to multiple windows so no more jockeying for the best line. Very poor customer service? We went to get water ice. While ordering we were told they were out of a majority of the flavors... they had listed on their display windows. The staff noted out of the 8 flavors of water ice displayed they only had bubble gum.We hadn?t tried bubble gum before, and considering we were the only ones in line at the time, I asked to sample a little bitbefore purchase. Our intentions were to sample bubble gum, and then make a selection on what to get from there. We left emptyhanded. We were told they don?t do samples, even though this was an error of signage on their part. The demeanor of staff wasextremely stand offish, and not accommodating at all. Won?t be back. Read more
