For it to be early in the day, the fries tasted like they were cooked in yesterday's oil, the quarter pounder was oversalted,... overcooked and cold. The only thing that was good was the Hi-C orange drink. Read more
Where is the negative 5-star at? I'm throwing up after eating here for breakfast. Please save yourself and don't eat here.
Torn, because the actual human employees here were great and kind and empathetic, and they did their best in a difficult... situation. But the McDonald?s app (which usually works well!) was a nightmare of errors this time, beginning with when I gavethem my curbside number (?there?s been an error, please come inside to the counter?) to manager having no record of my mobileorder, to having to re-enter my complicated order (kids are picky eaters) on the inside kiosk ordering system, to having to waitan extra long time (even from just starting then) because there were clearly technical issues and it was peak lunchtime. Angry,but not with anyone on-site (they all did great)?this screw up is on you, McDonald?s (the company). Read more
Surprisingly, our order was not as good as it usually is when we order. It was odd to me that it says on the app once you let... them know you have arrived them your order would be made. I did and it took a little bit for the order to come out. Well, howsorry was I when I got home (5mins away)to find out that my fries were cold, the nuggets were overcooked,fried whatever you callit but not good. I asked for 2 hot mustards and received 5 Buffalo sauces, ordered 2 large teas and were not given straws. Sobasically, the experience was blah and not sure when I'll be back. Read more
