Saw Markey's on FB. We were expecting table service. Instead, Place your order, find a table, go pick up your food, eat, clean... off your table. We could have stayed within 30 minutes of home and had the same for less than the $95 plus tip we paid and nolobster. Nick's of Raymond, Goldenrod of Manchester, Lobster Claw 2 of Derry. My girlfriend saw this on Facebook and we had to check it out. We drove out on a Saturday night. The place was packed when we... got there around 530. We ordered our food and headed to the bar. We got some drinks and they were delightful. We ended upgetting a table on the water and the views were incredible. The atmosphere was so good there. The food took a bit but was sogood. We had the twin lobster special with the seafood chowder and a dozen oysters. It was very good for a seafood shack. Iwould definitely come back. One of the better places on the NH seacoast! Read more

Armed with two Groupons (with a 30% extra discount that day) I headed out to @markeyslobsterpound. The fries were the previously... frozen variant but were cooked OK. The slaw was fine. Leave the slaw until the end of the meal. The room temperated slaw wasmuch improved. The lobster salad just had a hint of mayo. It was fresh and tasty, and it was a lot of lobster but only shreddedclaw and knuckle. Putting my to-go serving on the scale yielded 16oz of lobster. This was certainly worth the $11.20 I paid.This dish has gone way downhill after the new owners took over. Read more
