I have come here a few times and I don't think I'll be returning. While the table games are standard and betting horses or... sports is easy enough, I'm a slot player and I don't trust these slot machines. The screens hitch, very often, mid roll. Whatsgoing on there? I have had back to back to back rolls on one pull a handful of times. A $1.00 slot roll turns into a $3.00 slotroll as it never stops going. Clean, nice environment. Employees very nice. However, they couldn't get me my rewards card because of a tech glitch. I... was told to come back another day. Don't look forward to waiting in the long customer service line again. Tech person wasn't available at the time. I would think that with all the technology in that building that one would be present full time.However, they were very kind and gave me lunch on them. Food was very good.
