Training a new employee on their own no supervision, didn't know how to use the register. No one tried to help. Order finally... was taken after 15 minutes, waited for food over a half hour because other guest's were being seated and their order's takenwhile in limbo with mine. Got my order or should I say half, only one platter. My Wife got to eat hers I decided not to waitagain on mine. Read more
This place gets worse and worse each time you go and try to give them the benefit of the doubt that cooking a few eggs and... pancakes isn?t too hard right? They overcooked the mozz sticks until there was no cheese in them. The kids Mac & cheese was sodisgustingly dry and burnt. The servers are sweet and friendly. If I could give less than one star I would, after 15 minutes of being seated my husband had to ask someone to wait on us, then a... waitress who didn't Introduce herself or have a name tag on with really long eyelashes finally came over and we gave her ourcomplete order and then it took another 20 minutes for her to bring the drinks out, at that point we got up and left, especiallyafter 2 tables that came in after us got waited on immediately.
