Rude employees, flavor was wrong and expensive. I was charged about 7 dollars for each medium ice with no added extras or... anything. Very disappointed- I'll be sure to stick with International Delights Cafe for ice cream instead going forward. Read more

Update 5/20/22 - Went today and am happy to say, rude girl is gone! Hope she doesn't come back this summer. The young lady at... the counter greeted me, nade eye contact and smiled. Manager/owner always a pleasant woman. I felt really bad about leavingthe prior review, but was just so shocked by the attitude of girl at counter. She was there by herself, so probably figured shedidn't have to be nice! I used to love this location, but after today, will never be going to this one again. The woman who isusually there (manager? She has blonde hair) has always been friendly. I went today and was greeted by this girl with darkhair who looked like I was interrupting her TikTok stardom. She shuffles over to me and when I asked for one flavor, she says"We don't have it." I ask for another, "We don't have it." I asked why those flavors were out. Were they closing soon for theseason? I get a shrug and a mumbled answer. I then ask "What flavors DO you have?". She shoves this crumbled up menu to mewith all these flavors crossed out. I showed her the one I wanted wasn't crossed out. She rolls her eyes and says "We don'thave it." Not once was there ever and "I'm sorry, but we're out of that flavor." If this girl hates her job that much, then gosomeplace else. I'm sure there is someone who would love to take her place. The job can't be THAT horrible. I ended up goingto Baskin-Robbins across the street where I was greeted pleasantly and they had the flavor I wanted. Read more

A bunch of inexperienced girls running the counter, too busy chatting and goofing off then actually taking orders when there is... a long line. Got soft serve and it tasted flavorless, next day me and my whole family of 6 woke up with stomach aches. Myselfvomiting. Poor service, poor ice cream. Overall terrible experience. Love this place. We always try to stop in when we visit family on the island. Would have given it 5 stars, but they didn't have... the flavor that I painstakingly waited 6 months for. You let me down Ralph. My puppy enjoyed his treat though. We'll def beback. Read more

It?s a Friday night in may, only two girls are working and they have absolutely zero sense of urgency as a line begins to form... consisting of 6 people. They?re chatting as haute working and are taking their sweet time. After 15 minutes waiting behind threecustomers, there?s no key lime pie. Fine. I ask for lime and cola. She makes it and puts the cola in then tells me she?s sorrybut there?s no lime - I waited 15 minutes for absolutely nothing. Poor Customer services and product knowledge. Read more
