The old lady running the registers doesn't even know what their specialty drinks are, yet, has the audacity to be rude. There's... no system with drink hand-off. They wanted everyone who has ordered their drinks to wait outside, while they have no means forpeople to actually hear that their drinks are ready for pick-up because they use their normal talking voice like we're in alibrary.... drinks taste okay.
