Walk in kiosk order took 30 plus minutes to prepare for two meals talked to multiple employees on what happened nobody knows... anything even the manager. No receipt was given even when I asked and no free items was offered for the horrible wait. Badmanagement! Read more

Terrible customer service. The ice cream machine / frappe machine / McCafe machine is most of the time not available. Majority... of the employees seem to be very young and with attitudes. They horrible for late night service, they are extremely slow, some nights they will say they are closed when clearly I ordered... from the app and it took my money!!! So when I said I was going to send emails they quickly opened up and gave me myfood. During the day time they are great but the overnight crew is terrible!!! Read more
