Their online ordering system frequently crashes on my phone, so I usually call to make a phone order. Plus, I?m trans and... haven?t had my name legally changed yet, so it?s nice to place it under my preferred name over the phone instead of the lettingtheir online system use the name on my card. This night there was no answer at all, not even anyone to ask me to hold while theywere finishing a task. I called again and when someone was finally able to answer, I asked to place an order and was hung up on!I then called back and someone shouted at me to ?call back later because they were too busy.? What?? Ever heard of a little,?sorry I?m with a customer right now I?ll be right with you?? It was my lunch break in fifteen minutes, I didn?t exactly have?later?! I get that it can get crazy on high volume nights, but their staff really should work on their phone customer serviceskills. Good burger but was my first time. Need to try other burgers. Great milkshakes and great fries.
