Terrible. Snarky staff. It took 23 minutes for a hot dog and sliders. When the food finally came, the bun was stale, the cheese... was hard and had sweat, meaning it was sitting, and the fries were cold. When asked why the food was taking a while, the cashierNicole L said "I told you it's 15-20 minutes". She never said that. When i inquired at 20 minutes she said "I don't have controlover the kitchen" and walked away. The person behind me got their chicken tenders and fries within minutes. Why did a hotdogtake 23 minutes? Furthermore, they offered to refund but it has been a week and still no refund. If this wasn't the only placeto eat at the Space Needle, I'd day shut it down. The staff were entirely rude and laughed when we complained. The only savinggrace was the manager or maybe she was another cashier. She was helpful, but the refund hasn't gone though so I'm not sure shedid process it. Bring your own snacks to the top. 23 minutes for an old slider and cold hot dog is ridiculous. No one else inline either. The staff were being spiteful and rude. Read more

Don?t buy sprinkles for kids. The tired staff throws sprinkles at the table.

The cafeteria is worth visiting just for the experience, certainly not for the food (attached food items cost about $25). The... 125 ton cafe is located at the top (about 600 ft) of The Space Needle. You?ll get a 360 view of downtown Seattle, and if theweather is nice (like what I experienced) you?ll get a magnificent panorama of the icy mountain ranges. On one hand you will bemesmerized by the serene beauty of nature and on the other the neat, gorgeous skyscrapers will take your breath away. Read more
