I love to go to Bosnia and Herzegovina. I volunteer with and support a multi-ethnic youth group in Brcko. Baked in Bosnia is... the real deal. The food is authentic, fresh and wonderful. There is no doubt that they would be a big hit in BiH! Read more
This place is an absolute gem! It was my good fortune to discover this under-represented food. My first dish was the gula? and... it was by far the best thing I?ve eaten in Seattle in over a decade. We've been to Baked in Bosnia many times now ? and we enjoy every new Sunday dinner we devour! I originally posted a review on... Yelp when they first opened, and they have since expanded to include more variety in their dishes. I love that each weekslightly varies in what they offer to order. It's always so hearty & filling - and the flavor/spice combinations are awesome. Inall honesty, we have liked every single dish we have tried. It's a perfect family meal to sample and share around the table. Theowners remember us and our pup when we visit to pick up which is really nice to know they care about their customers. They arealways conversing and catching up with folks who come to pick up food. Get on their email newsletter list so you too canpre-order a fantastic meal and be a happy camper! I am always impressed with the efforts made to provide delicious homemade food from scratch. It is obvious you really care about... the quality of your food and the overall experience of your customers. I started buying coffee from you online and am enjoyingtesting out the different flavors. So far Honduras is my favorite. The aroma when it arrives is amazing and it wafts out of themailbox. The coffees are all full bodied and have definite differences in the flavors.
