Love the half off Wednesday! Overall great quality burger I enjoyed the 1 pound quite nicely!! A solid burger joint
I received a coupon in the mail so I came in to try it and the burger was good. There's a large garage door that's open so it's... very airy inside the restaurant. My favorite was the onion rings. Not a fan of their fish, they're little pieces even on thesandwich, dry and tasteless, they're exactly the same size you get in the fish and chips basket. Came in here on a Tuesday night around 9:30pm. There was no line and maybe two people sitting inside and we placed an order for... two burgers. It is now 10:20pm and no person has entered the store to grab a app order? one person just entered who is in thesecond photo and is now sitting down. The original two people at tables ate and are now gone. The service has been incrediblyslow for the time and we are still awaiting our food. My friend who ordered after us just received his order at 10:24 but I havestill not gotten mine. I would not recommend or come back to this place.. as a fastish food place it should not taken over 50minutes to get food when there is not a line. tldr; This place is a huge disappointment and you probably don't want to go here. However, we did receive partially-edible units... of food and we didn't get sick. A solid 2 stars. -- First time coming here since this was Blue Moon Burgers. Unfortunately allthe recent reviews are spot on... the quality of the food and service has dropped off a cliff. Sigh. We were told it'd be a15min wait for our to-go order. It took around 30min... not because of them being overly busy, but more due to... lack ofability and/or care? Storytime: For the majority of that wait we were blessed to watch an employee scooping a BBQ-esque redpaste out of a bucket with an ice-cream scoop. After (literally) 20+ minutes of glacial work, she was able to messily fill asingle small squirt bottle. She had no gloves on. It was impressive! This was all done in front of an order window which becameincreasingly overfilled with orders that nobody was passing on to customers. The guy taking orders was doing what he could tokeep up with things on his own but. Oooof. This was a mess. If you're into restaurant schadenfreude this is a great place tohang out for a while. Oh yeah... and attached are pics of the proudly advertised "Sandwich of the week/month!". Fast food levelexpected/actual results. Impressive! Oh and of course part of the order was wrong and we got what seemed like a half-order-sizeof fries. I was in town on business and in the hotel working. I wanted to have something delivered for dinner, so I placed an order with... Local Bigger Burger. When the order arrived it was not what I had ordered and I was disappointed. I wrote an email to therestaurant and they responded within a few minutes. They offered to put my order in again and remake it and deliver itthemselves. In less than 30 minutes I had a perfect burger that was delicious! I have never experienced service like this beforeand was so very appreciative. Service like this combined with the delicious burger has earned them another huge fan!
