Went here with some friends after we had a hard time finding parking at our usual place. Couldn?t have been happier! We got the... Family Combo and we were utterly defeated. We definitely had leftovers. Fantastic flavor and spicy beef were perfectlycomplimented by the buttered cabbage and cheese. Service was friendly and the whole place smelled of frankincense. It wasn?tvery crowded, but finding out their kitchen was open late definitely was something we are making a note of. Look forward to ournext dinner here. Read more
This restaurant is a miss. I?m not sure if the owner just stopped caring about the quality of the food and forgot how to have... proper customer service. But my dasher got yelled at and treated poorly all because they didn?t have half their menu items instock. A few times I received my order I got something completely different from what I asked for. The communication skills ontheir end is reason enough that I will never support this restaurant again. It?s always a hit or a miss with this place which isodd because how can food taste decent one day and and inedible the next? if you?re reading this try someplace else. Been there twice so far and very impressed with the food. This is one of the few Ethiopian restaurants that offers a meat and... vegetable combined combo. Friendly workers who will customize your order if requested. A bit junky looking as you approach theentrance mostly from the attached residence(?) but clean and cozy inside with a Peaceful vibe. Had several vegetarian options but each wouldn't really make a meal. No protein in them except for one. They would be great as... side dishes. They had a veggie combo that I got which had some of each of the veggie options and it was a meal and was reallygood--but pricey that way. Did get a good amount of food and did not go away hungry. Big problem for me was how long it took toget the food. Forever!! And the person who took our order was looking at her phone behind the bar. Couldn't she help the personin the kitchen??
