Donburi Station Seattle in Georgetown is like Fremont Bowl absolutely fabulous! If you've ever been to Japan, and you like the... food utopia it is, you will know that the level of craftmanship and quality of DS is at or better than Japan! This restaurant is definitely my top 3 based on Quality and Price. I always tell myself that I?m going to try something new on... the menu but I always end up getting the chirashi, the Kalbi short ribs or chicken teriyaki. My mom was blown away by the quality and variety in her bowl of chirashi which is why this restaurant is her fondest memory of Seattle. Was really looking forward to this place, but sadly it wasn't worth it. I find it overpriced for what you get. They don't allow... customers to use their bathroom due to COVID-19 restrictions, yet no all staff members are required to wear a mask? Verybackwards. The food was decent, the rice was dry, the unagi was delicious but not enough sauce. The fresh chirarashi was subpar,not super delicious but not bad. I wouldn't go back. The poke bowls are a given. Fresh and tasty, great portions. However, what put it over the top was their karaage chicken. The... chicken was very juicy and flavorful. The batter was perfect. And I loved their dipping sauce that came with it. I couldn?t stopraving about it to my friends. Read more
