I ordered the lunch special and the food was barely warm and nowhere near fresh. The bater fell off easily and the chicken was... very greasy and was lacking any sort of crunch. Every other bite, I had a hard and inedible piece that I had to spit out. Themac n cheese side was bland and had an artificial flavor and texture. The only saving grace was the roll which was pretty good. To be honest, I can cook better food at home. The service was very lack luster and came off as very forced. I got the sensethat the woman at the counter did not want to be there. Very bad look in a customer service type of job. People generally wantto feel welcome in a business and I did not get the feeling that anyone in there really wanted me there. Ordered 16 piece dinner with 1/2 pound of Gizzards. Tipped 15% online. Picked up and got home no gizzards. Called back and asked... to credit my card. I was hung up on. Called back 2 times answered but no voice and hung up on. I will never go back. Service isterrible. The woman who answered is rude and unprofessional, offered nothing. If I could give you a zero star I would.. service was fast. No complaints there. And our order was to go. But the food tasted... ???? nasty. Chicken tenders were flavorless.. and the rolls tasted old and had a odd smell.. absolutely never going back to thislocation.. Read more
