They have to hire more people to work here - on a busy Sunday, there is only one person who is working as the barrista. The girl... who is taking orders is also the same one making the sandwich orders. I waited 15-20min for a latte and and seeing their pacewhile they are working. The coffee is sometimes good, sometimes bad. But employees are always grumpy. I am not expecting people to bend over backwards,... but I can see in their eyes how much they hate having customers. To a point, it makes you feel bad for existing and orderingcoffee from the shop. Read more
