The service here is abysmal. I don't go to fast food restaurants often. I ordered 2 cheeseburger Happy Meals and a cheeseburger... meal. I received 2 nugget meals and a hamburger meal. I was in the drive through, so I parked and went inside. I explained whatwe'd received, the receipt for what we ordered, and asked the to please make it right. 15 minutes go by, so I request arefund. The manager says we have your food ready now....I said nope, just the refund. She literally slapped the cash on thecounter and said I was going to give you both please leave....I was polite, maybe a bit short, but still respectful andcourteous. Read more
Garrett was super nice in the drive thru. Service was prompt and food was warm as well.
My daughter and I used the the drive-thru. We ordered off the value menu. I got the hamburger, and she got the chicken... sandwich. Her chicken sandwich was fantastic! I patronize this location during the pre-pandemic and pre-construction time. Their crew then was great. I paid a visit last... Sunday and was glad that they have ordering kiosk. But I want to pay in cash. I'd been waiting ages already, I asked the youngercrew but did not even let me finish talking and just pointed me to the kiosk.
