Hidden gem that just opened! Vegetable forward and super creative dishes that are so refreshing to see in Seattle. Beautiful bar... for cocktails and bites, but honestly you should just come for dinner. Highly recommend the Beets, Snap Peas and Carrotdishes.\nBeautiful rooftop bar for those gorgeous Seattle sunsets. Read more
I had the opportunity to have dinner here while staying at the brand new Astra hotel. I wasn\'t aware that they were a place... that used vegetables as the dominant item on all their dishes but I found it all to be absolutely incredible!! Who knew eatingyour vegetables could be such a delight. It\'ll make you wanna slap yo mama!\n\nPs: obviously no one should slap their mothernor really want to. This is a classy place: think high prices for smaller portions, but great attention to detail in menu, preparation, and service... (and fancy plates!) Cooked carrots appetizer was quality veggies, well cooked, with a delicious sauce. I ordered the kale fennelsalad + chicken and it was very nice. From the description I was expecting it to be mostly kale with fennel, but it was actuallya lot of fennel with some kale. The citrus was an absolutely perfect complementing flavor - I\'m not sure I could have eatenthat much fennel without it. I just wish the portion of chicken was larger, especially to balance the amount of veggies. I\'mnot staying in this hotel, but Otium makes me want to consider staying here next time just to be revisit their menu. Fantastictasty lunch! Read more
