Extremely unprofessional. I ordered my pizza almost an hour before closing. And then I get to the place in about 15 minutes. The... sign off with the lighter on and I walk up to the door and I open it and there?s a lady there and a black shirt that just saidwe are closed I said that I made an online order and I was just here to pick it up. She said that she wasn?t gonna make it andthat they are closed and I need to leave. She said if I really need to I can just Take whatever is convenient. It was extremelyrude and she didn?t offer anything for the inconvenience. I?ve been closing early. I?m sorry supposed to be closed until eightand she said that they closed almost an hour ago. I tried calling customer service and messaging, but nothing was coming backand they said that they were closed. I have never really left Google reviews and have never had anybody treat me this way. I wasjust trying to feed my family for the night after working a at the hospital. I am very disappointed with the lack of servicethat location. We all have bad days, but we never treat others in the same way. It is never professional them out of the reason. Read more

Ok, first I recently this year started to go back to Papa Murphy?s due to a new move and location I found on Holman Rd. Seattle.... My old location on Jackson street closed a few years back and recently found this one location. But after the last 3 visits I?mready to call it quits again. If your in the business to sell pizza you should have your ingredients to continue your menu. NOCHICKEN? To make the chicken mediterranean? I can understand this once? maybe twice, but 3 times! Three times and it?s time tofind another business. The inconvenience of driving there and this happening a third time is more than Rude and switch and baterule. The owner needs to know the menu must change or find another business to own. Don?t offer a menu item if you can?t makeit. A customer doesn?t want to hear excuses of supply shipments not delivered when there isn?t another nearby location to goto. Three Strikes your out of my business. I ordered online, the same thing we always order with no customizations. I walked in to get my order 30 minutes later and was... told by Jonathan that I was 12 minutes early. I checked the order notification and I was 5 minutes early. There was no one inthe store and no orders were waiting. Jonathan was alone and wasn't working at all. I'm surprised this is allowed to happen,and another customer that came in and received the same treatment was surprised as well. I ended up waiting another 20 minutesand had to get my own cheezy bread from the cooler - Jonathan didn't even suggest I get it myself. I had to ask?
