Picolinos was, and still is, our favorite place for Italian, and the ambiance is unmatched, with the cozy outdoor dining so... comforting. Friendly professional staff, and our own fire pit! Too dark for photos of our meals but the puttanesca and ravioliwere perfect and nothing tops off an Italian meal like a nice glass of limoncello. Always a pleasure. Read more

Picolinos is an authentic Italian restaurant that doesn't disappoint. I'd say this is in contention for the top Italian... restaurant in Seattle and is great for date night or family gatherings. Street parking outside and tons of tables inside andout, it fits dozens and dozens of groups. It feels like the rooms just keep going, and the outside seating is nicely setup aswell. The food is excellent, prices are a bit higher than other places but portion sizes are also a bit larger and the taste iswhere it should be. Service is great, staff are really nice and quick as well. This is a place to go to, and it's nestled inSunset Hill so it's a good view after right down the road. Read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This place is so special, tucked into a Ballard neighborhood and feels like you’ve... stepped into Italy itself. The food is phenomenal, and so are the staff. They have wonderful musicians playing live most nightsof the week, and the decor is stunning. We love the new outdoor expansion, for all seasons! And don’t miss this place in thewinter time- they do an amazing job decorating for Christmas to make everything feel festive. We come here for specialoccasions- my husband even proposed to me here! Picolinos, you’re one of a kind. Favorites: - Rigatoni Salsiccia - Any of theRaviolis - but especially the pork belly and the lobster raviolis - Broccolini saltati appetizer Note on Parking: StreetParking only, not usually too difficult to find, but sometimes have to park in the neighborhood and walk a block or two at most Read more

Great atmosphere, service and food. The ravioli were tasty. The arugula salad was refreshing. And desserts were good. The creme... brûlée and cheesecake were the best. The tiramisu was on the wet side. The cannolis were not that great. Read more

Four adults went there for dinner. The atmosphere here was very nice. Lovely decor and candle-lit table. We ordered the... antipasto plate, which was a little small and didn’t come with cheese but was still tasty. I ordered the pork belly ravioliwith truffle cream sauce. The ravioli pasta tasted quite fresh and it was a delicious filling meal overall. My wife got themorel mushroom tagliatelle which was good but didn’t include many mushrooms. Very cool experience overall Read more
