We stopped by for a few beers and found a friendly atmosphere and cold, tasty beer accompanied by some simple comfort food happy... hour specials (running 3-6)! Guinness, Smithwicks, and Harp flow freely as does the Irish music pumping out from the speakers.Would gladly visit again! Read more
I had the shepherd's pie and the fish and chips here. The shepherd's pie was warm and hearty, and the fish and chips were crispy... and tasty. The pieces of fish were dipped in breadcrumbs instead of batter, which is a style I haven't tried before, but theywere nonetheless delicious. We stopped in here for a Guinness and a Smithwick's and ended up having a delicious meal as well. Started by sharing the clam... chowder and a salad, both delicious. We really liked this place. The facility was fine, it was pretty standard Irish bar action. The Bartender was great, he was... chatty and upbeat. The food was excellent, we got the Reuben and the Monte Cristo and both had plenty of meat and lots offlavor. The beer selection was good, and you can get custom images printed on your Guinness :) The mixed drinks were also good,and my wife ended up with 3 of them lol. Read more
