My experience at this location was a huge disappointment today. The male barista who was working around 2:30pm decided to... completely ignore me and have a long winded conversation with the two men ahead of me. Even after he made their drinks, hecontinued to engage in a conversation that had no end at sight. I was there for a minimum of 15 mins. It was not busy, he madethe decision to converse at the expense of my time. The breaking point was when the barista acknowledge to another fellow thathe is ?being held up? but never did he at any point acknowledged my presence or even made the simple statement ? I will be withyou shortly?. I had to walk away, my time and energy was wasted and there was no way I was going to waste my money on top ofthat. Zero common sense and customer service skills. Great crew! Drink was made quickly and was wonderful! Very clean and the crew was very careful with Covid precautions!
Arrived at 12 Noon and store was already out of strawberries for the strawberry refresher. I'ts a Safeway store. Why not... restocking before opening. Do better Starbucks. Read more
