Has a musty feel to it all - sports bar has zero ventilation: rugs everywhere and furniture feel old, the hotel room/doors, the... cafe - all very outdated. Seems like this place is milking its long-standing existence and trying to push forth a reputation,buts it?s just that it?s been around a long time - and they attract all the same types of people/members so it keeps itgoing?but there is not a particularly great reputation here. Great venue to watch televised sports events. I do not visit frequently enough to keep up with changes of facility.

Had to quit after several years of membership due to poor customer service. We tried to hang in there and even had a sit down... chat with upper management, but nothing came of it and the poor service continued. Long story, but the staff is unionized justFYI. Every private club I?ve belonged to have bent over backwards for their guests, but not this place. They were downright rudeto us one too many times. Gym facilities are nice, food is terrible. Wonderful hotel space, and an amazing room. Friendly staff, and the parts of the club I could see were nice. I wish that a room... came with at least 1 day of entry to the club, and that the restaurants had been fully open. Read more
