Got the oyster poboy, gumbo and beignets. As a New Orleans native, I can appreciate the inspiration taken from authentic Cajun... cuisine. The poboy was wonderful, if not just a bit under seasoned. The gumbo wasn?t quite as good as others I?ve had in Seattlebut it wasn?t bad by any means. Overall, I?d consider it a decent, very PNW friendly take on New Orleans food Read more
I first heard about WYAM about seven years ago. Kept meaning to go, but never got around to it until tonight. I missed out!... Tasty muffuletta (great olive relish!), and the creole pork poboy is amazing. My husband described the sandwiches as "the bestmeal he's had in years." He's probably not wrong! Read more
Where ya at Matt is by far the best food truck in the Seattle area! I get their Jambalaya, Gumbo, shrimp Poboys, and beignets... everytime to make sure I have great lunch for the next couple days. Pretty good, cornbread and honey butter were done highlights. I got the oyster po boy, super crunchy and nice on the texture and... flavor, really needs the hot sauce. My wife liked the pork sandwich, she said it was salty and the oyster po boy was muchbetter. I'd go again for the po boys Read more
