Zaina is the absolute definition of a hole-in-the-wall; appearing as a destination you would avoid going to at night; but as one... of the few late night options around, it's definitely worth visiting. With a small menu of gyros, shawarma, and their associatedplates, they recall the notion of simple, authentic street food. Trying out the lamb shawarma, I found the meat well marinatedand tender, the vegetables fresh and crisp, and the hummus thick and creamy. Got the lamb gyro today and it was delicious! It was a very well spiced lamb curry rather than kabob pieces which surprised me... but I absolutely loved it. The ladies at the front were very nice and my food was ready in under 2 minutes. Happy to have thisspot in the neighborhood and can?t wait to try other things. Read more
The lady on the white scarf was pretty rude yesterday. I don?t know what I did but she had an attitude immediately. Also they... took pretty long to acknowledge me. When I was picking up my order she was then aggressive and demanding my receipt even thoughI was the only customer they had for the last 8-10 mins.
