Ordered delivery of BBQ chicken NO CILANTRO as sibling is allergic and a wood butcher. Both ordered WELL Done. Got to the house.... Tons of cilantro. Called store. Was told oh it was a mistake and they refunded price of pizza and told me to make sure to noteallergy next time I am ordering. I did input it. It got cut off. All they told me was it?s a mistake it happens so sorry. Ohand pizzas not cooked thru. Not well done. Outside of pizza was barely brown, inside towards center of pizza pale white nocrispness and raw sight at the middle. Picked up a slice, gooey and fell apart. I came in at 7pm for a slice and pint of beer. I was offered a small selection of slices - chose peperoni. Unfortunately, the... pizza had more of the sausage (hate sausage) pizza that was next to it than I would like. I also had to wait to get someone tomeet me at the register (I think they are busier with online/delivery and don't care about store customers) - the person thatmet me told me they had a new keg system. The pizza was good but the customer service was awful. They asked our name and where we would be sitting for dine in (so they... could bring it out). At 40 minutes, we went up and asked about it, and it had been done and was just sitting there getting cold.A mother with her 2 children heard and the same thing happened to her, she had been sitting there waiting for 45+ minutes whilethe food was just sitting there behind the counter done, they just never brought it out or even bothered to call out a name. Don't make it complicated. If you are going out for pizza in Seattle you should be going to Zeeks. The food is always hot and... fresh. They have a great outdoor seating area and excellent service. Jones fountain soda for the soda fanatics like me. Read more

The pizza was good and the drinks were good but we missed the table service and polished service and personal vibe of other... locations. Next time we?re in Washington State we?ll visit Zeeks again but we?ll make sure we?re choosing a full service place?without the 1970?s British punk rock blaring over our head. It would have been ok if it was a couple of decibels lower. I thinkthat?s the first time we?ve heard Stiff Little Fingers in a restaurant! LOL.
