It might be the best Italian food in Sonoma County. The bread alone is incredible, home made by Paolo. He is the cook, born and... raised in Bologna. Every single dish I've tried was to die for. Bonus, their wines are priced so well that it's best to get abottle. Read more
Wow, I've been telling my wife we should come here ever since we stumbled upon their booth at the Farmer's Lane Saturday market.... We were both pleasantly surprised with the spot! Stumbled upon this place after a day of ziplining. All I can say is WOW, such a hidden gem! The menu is small but diverse. ... Pasta is obviously their forté, and they do not disappoint! We started off with a Burrata Plate with Prosciutto, and it setthe bar high for our entrees. Generous portions of each and high quality everything. My lady had the Cannelloni and I gobbleddown the Bolognese Ragu. Simply divine. They literally hand roll the Cannelloni with a sheet of fresh pasta right after youorder it. The Ragu was light with just the right amount of acidity. Oh, did I mention their extremely affordable drink menu? Last night my wife and I joined some friends for Portico's Italian Social Club Regional Dinner Party which takes place every... first Wednesday of the month. Wow! What a great experience! The wines, the courses, the dessert...everything was fantastic.Having not been to this monthly celebration before, I wasn't sure it would be worth the money. It was underpriced andoverdelivered!
