The cactus fries are actually strips of cactus in a zesty and crunchy coating. They were unique and delicious. Had elk cops... that were amazing and baby back ribs that were wonderful as well. As others have noted, the service was truly exceptional. Read more
Top 3 places to eat. The food was off the chain good. Mary had the bison burger and I had the hardy salad. We had cactus fries... that was supper tasty. Hallie our server was great the best we have had since we got here. The atmosphere was great inside anout side dining as well as a section where the inside wall opens up. Highly recom recommend. First off let me say great service. The elk chops were amazing. I ordered them medium rare. The meat was tender and juicy. You... could probably get away with ordering them medium for a hotter meal. My wife had the bison strip and she said it was really goodas well but preferred the elk chops. Expect to spend a decent amount. The food was delicious and service was great too. It's not cheap but I think it was worth it. It's not very often we get... something that makes us say WOW but both the burger and the Mac and cheese were that good. I'm pretty sure it's prime rib in theMac and cheese it was so tender.
