Love the pumpkin pie blizzard. Always a great treat. They have a great 7 dollar meal deal here. You get ice cream food and soda.... The employees are nice could use some more training on being more accurate with drive through orders. Read more

Absolutely disgusting and poor service!! I would give it zero stars if it would let me!!!! I spent over 20 minutes in line... waiting for 4 cars orders. The car in front of me received the wrong order and had to be refunded and reordered. When given myfood the proceeded to give me the wrong order. They had to redo my order as well. They still gave me the wrong blizzard(whichthey did replace, and correctly). However, the first bag of food they handed me was cold! I let them know right away and theyreplaced my food. When I grabbed the bag the bag was warm. I didn't even get out of the drive thru when I realized my food was,again, cold!! I can't back up because of the cars so I pull around front. They apparently have the lobby closed. I called themand they told me there was nothing they could do about my order unless I wanted to wait in line, again, for likely cold food. Atthis point the line for the drivethru is into the highway!! I was not waiting again. They would not correct my food, nor refundme. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. Make this right! At least give me a refund for the disgusting cold soggyfood and wrong beverage you gave me! And train your staff on how to prepare food. I don't know how you could ever pass a foodinspection at this rate(this is not the first time I've had this experience there, let alone other people I know!!). Read more
Horrible quality! I don?t mind waiting in a long line in the drive thru, but when you make my blizzards ahead of time and I wait... over 20 min and my blizzards are literally liquid so much that it?s spilling all over my car. And this is now the 2nd time Ihave gotten water as country gravy!! It feel like the owners water it down to save money but it?s absolutely disgusting!Corporate needs to get involved at this point with all of the same complaints! Read more
