Dunkin? changed their coffee lids and they leak. I stopped going there.

Ordered online... Got to the speaker and each car in front of me had a long wait, when I got to the window the girl handed me a... leaky frozen coffee, I asked for more napkins then waited.... Went there today around 4:45 to order 2 coffees and 3 sandwiches. Girl kept me waiting then came to window and asked if I could... come around again because it?s a ?big? order. No problem, waited in line again and when arrived was told ?oops sorry your orderis to large you need to come inside if you want it?. Why keep someone waiting for so long and even have them come back around tojust tell them you can?t accommodate them????? I understand that it?s busy and would have appreciated it if the girl simply saidshe couldn?t accommodate me from the start. Why waste my time? 3 sandwiches however shouldn?t be an issue, smh. I don't know how it's possible, but I swear thus location gets slower by the day. I have gone to this location several times a... week on my morning commute for almost 4 years because of convenience, but after today never again. I will also share my reviewwith corporate. There were no cars ahead of me within sight in the drive thru, I'd already waited several minutes with noresponse when to myself I muttered, "come on", at which point I was finally helped, though noted the person helping me has avery sarcastic tone. I let that go, as I was not looking to make a scene, but as I got to the window to pick up my order, Icould hear several workers mocking me by loudly repeating "come on" also in a loud sarcastic tone and being rude. Still didn'tsay anything in the moment as I just didn't want to start my day with a confrontation, and frankly due to the wait, didn't havethe time. So here's my review from a now former customer with 3+ years experience: Ridiculously slow service, rude employees,and way to frequently messed up orders (such as getting a donut instead of the breakfast sandwich I ordered, which happenedseveral times).
