The cup station requested to use a glove. There were no clean gloves on the table. There were dirty ones on and all around the... floor. The frozen yogurt was very good and lots of topping to choose from, which is the best part. The guy working wouldn't letus put our own toppings on but customers after us did. We came here because we wanted to do the toppings ourselves, if we wantedsomeone to do it for us we would have gone to pinkberry. Read more

We... appreciated that all the options were labeled with allergens but when the employee was asked to check if the hot fudge was GFshe said she would not look at the container in the back. This is unacceptable. It takes two seconds to do and allergy safetyshould be prioritized. Great products for food allergies but so sad that the staff won?t make an effort to assist customers.
