I had to take the time to we have this review specifically for Cindy. I am blown away by her attention to detail? I have gone in... a couple times over the past month and today she asked me if I wanted my usual. She knew exactly what I was going to order, sheremembered my name, and she was so kind. Little things like this go along way and I plan to go in more often specifically forthe service she provided. employees like Cindy are hard to come by. Read more

I was there on 8/3 around 1pm and it was very busy. The two ladies working were doing an excellent job keeping up with the rush... despite many rude customers and impatient door dash drivers. The service was very disappointing and the food cold after waiting 10mins and 20 mins for our smoothies. The young man (has... glasses) that took our order and made our smoothies was so polite and helpful. The problem and unprofessional comes in with thetwo young woman in the back (which can be seen from the seats) are hugged up and laughing while the young man is doingeverything else.(look it up on your camera for today 5:41pm on Dec 8th. The one young woman comes up to make sandwiches (whichmine was cold) and then goes back being hugged up. I honestly felt sorry for the young gentleman and he kept apologizing for thewait. I would look into who you place together on shifts, they were definitely taking advantage of him. It was a Very cleanestablishment. Sad because this should?ve been a 5 star rating. Read more
