I will no longer eat at this establishment due to the fact that I am sitting here in the lone waiting for my order the girl... working the food area is scratching her head no gloves no hair net then preparing food I will upload pics soon the other girl iseating cheese sticks right where customers food is being placed to be served I have also been waiting going on 30 minutes for a6 piece steak finger basket I have my receipt to prove the time it is 8:01pm pretty sad that people want top dollar to work anddo not know anything about customer service Read more
Some of the friendliest service each time I go there.
.I originally had five stars but after going in there today and realizing that the female worker was wearing sandals and eating... a ice cream in front of customers then not washing her hands and touching our cones I was mad. The manager didn't even sayanything to her and nobody was wearing name tags. She also had her hoodie on over her head so unprofessional. What kind ofbusiness let's workers wear Nike sandals. Drive through lady gave me a lot of attitude right off the back like I shouldn?t have even been getting food there and then... proceeded to argue with me about if something on the menu was actually on the menu (I was right) and the handed me a sodaliterally dripping and a whole missing patty from my burger not to mention the lady smelt terrible definitely will not be goingback to such a disgusting establishment Read more
