Ordered a bacon double and got a cheeseburger with nothing on it. Tasted old like it was cooked hours ago. The mozzarella sticks... weren't melted on the inside. In all horrid food and took way longer then 16 minutes per there 16 min rule Read more
First issue I pull up and the drive through kiosk or isnt working sit there for 5 min then decide to park in one of the parking... kiosk spots. Then I asked for a foot long Coney with no bun asked them to put it on top of tater tots then add the chili andcheese on top of it . Basically saving the company a bun I didn't want to eat. Well that was to hard to figure out so o well Iorder is normally. Then 25 min later I'm seconds from asking for the manager the food comes out all of it is cold so theyweren't waiting for something to cook. This will be the last time go to sonic make my own cheaper and faster to just make my ownchilly dogs. Read more
Overall, I love this place, and will eat here most of the time. However, there are some things that I do not like. Need to fix... the womens restroom. This is a kid friendly place, and kid friendly means working restrooms for public. They are hit with lowstaffing like everyone else. So just be patient, humans are not perfect, but we try. Placed order via app. Arrived at designated pickup time. Put stall number in app, acknowledged that we arrived. Order was for... 4 Rt 44 Drinks and 1 mozzarella stick order. 20 minutes later we finally received order! At approximately 10 minute mark thestall screen changed from working on order to "it's on its way." 5 minutes later still no order we hit the button to callinside. We were told it would be there in few moments. 5 minutes later at 20 minute mark was when we finally got order. Read more
