My party of 9 went to eat here for Monday night pasta. We ordered a calamari appetizer. We all grabbed a piece and realized it... was cold. The waitress saw half of the calamari not eaten and my uncle responded it was brought out cold. She asked if we wantedto get a fresh batch. We replied yes please she took the calamari back, more than half of it because there was 9 of us and willall went to try a piece before realizing it was cold. The waitress comes back out with our same plate and says ?the chef wantsthe rest of the calamari back? we all looked at eachother quietly appalled. I responded should we spit it up from our stomachs ?She said I?m sorry the chef won?t take this back or make a new batch before he gets the rest of the calamari back. That was itfor my uncle and husband they said give us the bill mind you all we did at this Point was order drinks and calamari. I didn?tthink the chef or waitress should of got away with such behavior and rude comments so I asked for a manager which apparentlywasn?t on duty but a guy came over to us ?Jeff? who didn?t seem to care at all how upset and rude that was. We paid our billleft and told them they lost loyal customers. I am still shocked on the rude not professional behavior. Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff. The parking lot offers plenty of parking. The linguini pescatore came out too... hot to eat, and because it was so hot, the pasta overcooked in the dish and it wasn't enjoyable to eat. Read more
Went in to ask about catering food for my baby shower, there was barely any help provided, the one waitress with red hair was... sarcastically asking questions about the event. Would not even offer a tasting to see if the pasta we chose was something wewanted to order. Horrible customer service, previous owner was way better when we ordered catering here for our wedding. This place has the best food. The best servers and the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is laughing and enjoying the food and... spirits. They also have an Italian dude who comes in and sings all the classics. I take my wife all the time. I always give abig tip because they really earn it. Always smiles and helpful. They even take reservations and always honor them. Other placeswill take a reservation and act like they had no clue you were coming. This place is the best of the best, where the best comefrom.
