My first time at Texas Roadhouse I rarely ever leave reviews on places, but our waitress was absolutely amazing. Alyssa was our... waitress, she went above and beyond. I’ve never had a waitress be so attentive and sweet! She took the time to explain themenu and her recommendations to me. She checked multiple times to see if we needed anything and asked how the food was. She issuch a kind and calming presence. She bought us everything we needed. She definitely deserves recognition for all her hard work.Thank you Alyssa for making a dinner date with my sister and my first time at Texas Roadhouse the best experience. My bf and I had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse thanks to our server Charlie. She was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant... from the start, pretty attentive while not over doing it, very kind and timely with our orders. She was by far the best serverwe’ve ever had. The food is oh so good. The bread and butter combo is worth the wait. I had the ribs with green beans. Let metell you, I’ve never ate green beans so fast in my life. They seasoned them to perfection. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes now. I stated I have a gluten allergy and asked if the salmon & mashed potatoes are gluten... free. I was told yes. I was also told that the loaded sweet potato is not gluten free. So when I get home I find a bag of breadin with my gluten free order and the loaded sweet potato in the same container with the salmon & mashed potatoes, which leakedall over the salmon. Trying to speak to a manager to see if the sweet potato really is gluten free or not. Nobody will answerthe phone so I will not be having dinner tonight as it is too late to cook something now. What a great place. **After waiting 45minutes I hung up and tried again. After being on hold for 25 minutes they picked up then hung up. I called right back, waitedon hold another 15 minutes then was disconnected. Called back and they were closed. What a waste of money, time, & gas and now Iam having cereal for dinner. Absolutely amazing every time. All of the workers are so kind and helpful whenever we visit. Our server the other night,... Jennifer, always made sure we had what we needed without us asking. She was also very kind and upbeat. The food came out superfast, especially considering that it was a full house. Plus, the rolls with cinnamon butter are to die for and they gave usplenty of them while we waited for our dinner. The prices are so reasonable for the quality too. You just can't beat this place.The atmosphere is great as well. This will always be my favorite restaurant chain and this location never fails to disappoint!We can't wait to come back! Read more
