Food is so so. Can't find workers in Seldovia. 1 young woman is the cook, waiter and bartender. Right now there are only two... things on the menu... deep fried chicken strips or wings. And then there are salads... but had none in stock. The little townof Seldovia is going to have a loooonnng winter. That being said, the Linwood has been in Seldovia for almost forever. It is aVERY important part of the community. This review was written due to my surprise, as I waited for the Tusty loading. I was sadwhen I found out that the only employee was multi-tasking. I have eaten there many times and had good burgers and salad. It wassad that there were no one who could be hired, but understand that it is a tiny town. Small towns in Alaska, where I havelived for 53 years face big changes every winter. I know that we will eat there again. Especially, since it IS the only game intown for the winter. Nice deck overlooking the harbor. We stopped in for a six pack to go. Not bad price for a small town. $17 for 6 Alaskan Amber.... Pretty much only place open after 6pm. Read more
