We stopped in just to get a couple of frozen drinks. I finally found a great carhop who took the time to figure out why the sonic app would not work. After many calls to sonic, and... no reply, after trying local management, and no reply, and even cut off on the local order screen not once but three times. Alocal carhop by the name of Courtney, let me say it again COURTNEY took the time to figure out the issue!!!!!! It turned outTHE SONIC APP HAS ISSUES as in you can't add chocolate to a blast. Hum... It is an option but if you add your order won't gothrough... After complaining about having issues for months!!!! COURTNEY fixed it. And deserves a promotion to CEO as far as Iam concerned.
