Of the last five times I have visited this JIB, I have gone through the drive through and every single time I waited in line at... the drive thru. I waited once I got to the window. And then I was told to go and park and wait in front of the restaurant. ThenI waited some more. Each and every time. And about half the time I also had to go in and get the condiments I asked for and didnot receive. Too much work. And I also find it super cringy that the managers shout at the other employees so that the patronsof the restaurant can hear. Not cool. Read more
When I'm craving chicken tenders, Jack in the Box is the ONLY way I can satisfy that craving! My favorite thing to get there... used to be the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger (no mayonnaise, no tomato) for a long time, but when my stomach shrank, I knew Iwouldn't be able to eat the whole burger, so I tried their 6 piece Crispy Chicken Tenders and absolutely fell in love with theflavor! I don't even use any dipping sauces for them because they are THAT GOOD!!! The employees are ALWAYS nice/sweet when I gothrough the drive-thru and they've always been nice the few times I've actually been inside the restaurant. The restaurant andrestrooms always look clean, which is a HUGE plus when you need to stop to use the restroom at a moments notice! I really don'thave anything bad to say about this specific Jack in the Box, though I wish Kingsburg still had one, but Robertito's is great,too, especially if you're craving an authentic Mexican flavor! They never give you ice in your drinks. We ordered a medium soft drink and a large soft drink. When we received our drinks they... never have ice. We were told that they put ice in the cups. Very disappointing since it happens every time we come here. Read more

They forgot my wife's jumbo jack, then made us wait without informing us they were behind on burger patties. Terrible service.
